Founder (CEO)
Balaji D. Waddar is the Founder and President of BHIMSI Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to social development through technology and innovation. He is the visionary behind the Digital Door Number Plate Project, an initiative focused on providing every home with a GPS-based Digital Address and QR-enabled Digital Identity to improve governance, emergency response, public services, and digital inclusion across India. With a mission to build "One Home • One Digital Identity", he is committed to supporting Digital India, Smart Villages, and Viksit Bharat 2047 through innovative, citizen-centric solutions.
